LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
Under no circumstances including negligence, shall Santa's Lites Display Ltd., or its directors, officers, employees or agents, be liable to you for any incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages (including damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, and the like) arising out of the use, misuse or inability to use the product. 2. Controlling Law and Severability. This license shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the province of Alberta, Canada without reference to its conflict of law principles.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Our products are for commercial and seasonal use and due to the nature of use of our products, we do not offer refunds. Returns are only accepted for defective material under each particular product limited factory warranty. To make a claim under this warranty, obtain a return authorization number. No cancellations or refunds on all confirmed orders.

SHIPPING COSTS & CLAIMS
Shipping costs are extra and damage during shipping is not covered under the limited warranty. All claims for merchandise delayed, lost or damaged in transit, are the responsibility of the consignee. All merchandise is carefully inspected before packing and is packed in an approved manner when it leaves the facility or factory. When accepting shipments, any missing cartons or visible damage must be noted on the receiving ticket before signing. Any claims for concealed damage must be filed with the delivering carrier. Failure to properly file claims may mean refusal of the claim and subsequent loss to the consignee.
